「幸せ」生きる拠り所

幸せになりたい、幸福が欲しい。

今わかったことは、
「幸せ」は、なるものでも、つかむものでも、感じるものでもない。
「幸せ」は、単なる「環境」のことだ！
自分の好きなもの、居心地の良いものを身の周りに丁寧にそろえていくことだ。
仕事も、仕事仲間も、お客さんも、家庭も、家族も、友だちも、部屋も、衣服も。
片づけて、掃除して、選んで、綺麗にして、愛情をかけて、育てて、育んで、
それが幸せ。
幸せは、目指すものでも生きる拠り所でもなかった。
幸せは、自分が変われば、簡単に手に入るものだった。

じゃぁ、
人生ってなんだろう？
人ってなんだろう？
何のために生きるんだろう？
何をすればいいんだろう？

何を見た、買った、行った、食べたなど、自分の快楽ばかり気にすることを止め、
このような疑問を持った時から、ようやく人としての人生が始まるのだろう。
そして、その答えは、

「それは、大いなる深い喜びを与えるため、味わうため、
一生をかけて、自分の大きさ、深さを育てていくこと。」

誠実、節制、勤勉、中庸、平静

13徳がフランクリンをつくった。
フランクリンを人間の一つの理想だとしよう。

13徳は、人間の複雑な性格、その一つ一つを育てていく、高めていく。

人の「生きる拠り所」は、
・do：「行い」誰かに、自分に、役立つことをする
・have：「環境」幸福（幸あり恵まれている自然、食物）、仕（仕える事を行う仲間、相手）合わせ、の環境作り
・be：「存在」人間の質、レベル
これらを一歩ずつ高め続けること

これが、

人生ってなんだろう？
「それは、大いなる深い喜びを味わうため。
一生をかけて、その大きさ、深さを育てていく。」

生きる意味を実現させる「拠り所」だろう。

この具体的な方法が、例えば13徳となる。
節制 沈黙 規律 決断 節約 勤勉 誠実 正義 中庸 清潔 平静 純潔 謙虚

これに自分のオリジナルを加減することで、自分の人生の「拠り所」にする。

節制
"Temperance. Eat not to dullness; drink not to elevation."

沈黙
"Silence. Speak not but what may benefit others or yourself;
avoid trifling conversation."

規律
"Order. Let all your things have their places;
let each part of your business have its time."

決断
"Resolution. Resolve to perform what you ought;
perform without fail what you resolve."

節約
"Frugality. Make no expense but to do good to others or yourself;
i.e., waste nothing."

勤勉
"Industry. Lose no time; be always employ'd in something useful;
cut off all unnecessary actions."

誠実
"Sincerity. Use no hurtful deceit;
think innocently and justly,
and, if you speak, speak accordingly."

正義
"Justice. Wrong none by doing injuries,
or omitting the benefits that are your duty."

中庸
"Moderation. Avoid extremes;
forbear resenting injuries so much
as you think they deserve."

清潔
"Cleanliness. Tolerate no uncleanliness in body,
cloaths, or habitation."

平静
"Tranquility. Be not disturbed at trifles,
or at accidents common or unavoidable."

純潔
"Chastity. Rarely use venery but for health or offspring,
never to dullness, weakness,
or the injury of your own
or another's peace or reputation."

謙譲
"Humility. Imitate Jesus and Socrates."
